INCREDIBLE͏ SERVICE Alex Hayes was amazing from the beginning. She was always so accommodating, understanding and really cared for us and our needs. We purchased from Alex and honestly she is who we will always go with if we ever sell or if we need to recommend an agent. She was prompt, efficient and never pushy. She is like no agent I have ever met before. Heidi her assistant also deserves a mention because she was fabulous. They make a great team and our family really thanks them for all their hard work. Excellent͏ Service From the moment Jane met us at the townhouse and went through the steps to sell it you felt very confident.  Jane exuded knowledge of the market, knew what the value of the property was and how best to sell it.  She went through all the steps and once on the market kept us informed of how the open house days went.  At the finish the price we received was what we were hopeful in getting and there is no doubt it was down to Jane’s ability to get the best out of the prospective purchasers. Five͏ stars are not enough !!! It is really difficult to rate a superstar. We could go on and on about Jane and all the truly amazing qualities she has, not only as the worlds best agent but also the nicest human being you could meet. We contacted Jane five years ago to sell our property. Long story short, she got us an offer and we got cold feet and withdrew from the sale. She was so supportive about our decision, even though she had put in the hard yards to get us an offer. When we decided to sell this time, we did not even think twice about who we wanted to sell our house. As the superstar that she is, she put our house on the market on the Thursday, had an open house on the Saturday and went under contract on the Tuesday. Her and Dean are a force to be reckoned with in the real estate industry and cannot even begin to say how much we recommend them. Besides being our agent and selling our house, we know we have made a life long friend in Jane.

I’ve only had experience with their rental team but we had a terrible experience with the service/care. During our time renting we paid our rent in 3 month blocks and had great feedback at inspections. Coming to a close of our first lease we received an email regarding our vacating of the property. The agency had assigned an email from tenants of another property to our file. I was 7 months pregnant and they had already told the owners we were leaving. Luckily this was rectified, with no apology, but we were immediately advised that they were planning to increase the rent $25/wk for the new tenants and we would have to pay this new figure. We also uncovered a flaw in their system for when a tenant renewed their lease. The system was double charging the last day of the first lease as being the first day of the second lease. It appeared tenants would have been paying an additional day due to this error. We received no apology and the only comment was, “this is how our system works” although they amended our rent due. Upon vacating the property, we were told we would be liable for scratches on the timber floor. These scratches were caused by our dryer used in its designated area for normal purposes. The house had been poorly designed with timber floors in the laundry area although the agent deemed it damage rather than ‘wear and tear’. It took 6 weeks after vacating to finally get a quote for almost $1,000 for a certified builder to travel from Currumbin to Springbrook to spot sand and varnish. I was able to get an estimate from a local handyman for $450 in 15 mins after querying the quote. The agent was unwilling to provide an alternative quote and extremely unhelpful in attempting to finalise our bond refund. It took 7 weeks to file the forms for our refund to be returned after we agreed to pay $650 compensation. The agency worked quickly to have new tenants in the house immediately although showed very little kindness, concern or action in finalising our bond. Our only course of action if we wanted to dispute the claim on our bond was to take it to tribunal. I guess to put it simply, we found that this real estate works purely for the landlord with very little consideration for the tenant. If you have the luxury to chose, I would avoid renting through this realty.
