I needed a gas hose replaced for the external 45kg bottle. Tech arrived and started disconnecting the gas bottle... I stopped him and asked "before you start, can you tell me how much it will cost?" He answered " I don't know" then he continued disconnecting the bottle. Then I had to ask a couple more time to get the answer. Took less than 10 mins and replaced two hoses. Below will give you some guideline. $40 for the call out fee $95 for the 1 hour min labour charge $70 for the gas hose $30.75 gst $235.75 total.

Great service. They made contact when they said they would and the service man turned up exactly on time and was really friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks Noel

I was nearly smashed into by the owners of this company in a signwritten van who was on his phone while driving. This is illegal. If they are prepared to disregard public safety for their own convenience, who would want them doing your gaswork?

Luke and Ali are the best team. Not only is Luke great at the plumbing work he does, but they are such genuine people.

Excellent. So easy to book in the work and the communication regarding the time, day and tradesman was great. All emails are responded to really promptly and in a friendly helpful manner and the guys who did the work were professional and efficient. We have used your company several times over the last six months and the service has been awesome. Thanks!
