Called laser plumbing after being let down by an emergency call out no-show with a different company. While they had no slots available, they placed me on the wait list should a gap open up - long story short, they were here within an hour. Bill was personable, prompt, knowledgeable, skilful, and efficient. In no time at all, the leaking pipe was repaired, advice was verbally given on the likelihood or otherwise of further issues, and he agreed to provide a brief damage report for insurance purposes. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks so much!
These guys are seriously 'The Real Deal!' I called them about my leaky hot water Cylinder on the Monday. They had a guy in the neighborhood so he came afterward to assess & quote the job. Spoke with Penny at the office and although they were busy this close to Christmas she hustled for me because we had flooding. She managed to book in a team for 8am Tuesday and booked a Sparky too! The Plumber was on the job at 8am and the Sparkies arrived promptly after the plumber was done. From the Assessor & Penny to the Plumber and Sparkies, Laser Plumbing get a full Fiver Stars for the awesome service, workmanship and professionalism!
We has a pipe leak appear on a Sunday, and phoned Laser who were prompt, polite and efficient, undertaking also some works on our WC's cistern which will prevent an ongoing leak which led to it constantly refilling, wasting water. We'd be happy to use them again.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
