Am tenant of a flat so Property Manager initiated request for repair job. Within day of contact I had phone call which I missed.Followed up on voice mail early next working day and told a Plumber would be at my address today. This occurred early afternoon with an obliging and thoroughly professional young man, Wade M. Not a complex task but done quickly with helpful explanations. Were I a property owner I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Wade or your company

Pete from Plumbquick showed up when he said he would and listened to what my concerns were. He was helpful, friendly, professional and explained everything. Nothing was too much trouble. He also fixed everything that needed fixing and it was worth every cent. It was outstanding customer service and I highly recommend him.

Blocked sewer line. Fix started Wednesday. After 3 different people arrived over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and payments made on invoice each day totalling $700.00 we were going to be left with blocked line over the weekend until some time Monday at the earliest. We were advised a tree hedge would have to be removed and sewer line accessed. Sought a second opinion. Operator arrived within 1.5 hours and 40 minutes later problem fixed. No tree hedge removal required or sewer line dug up. Incompetent staff and very rude office lady who was more interested in sending someone out to quote than get the job done and fixated on payment.

we called Plumbquick twice in 2 days - once to change some taps and secondly to replace a waste disposal.Ronal established that the waste disposal wasn't in need of replacement simply repair which he sorted. Both visits were a pleasure, efficient , on time, reasonable cost, honest and brilliant work. Definitely would use them again without question. put 0800PLUNGER in your phone, you wont need to look anywhere else for service at this level :)

Absolutely great service from he first call (Rachel) to Mike the Plumber & the friendly attitude to assist. The best was Jason Sullivan who came , no fuss no issue. Replaced hot water element & sorted us out at a time we needed help. Grateful & will definitely be a returning customer. Sam
