Our existing gas hot water system failed. On a referral from a mate & given Paul's contact details, I rang Paul from Allpoints Hot Water Plumbing & told him about our situation. Paul was prompt, he rotated some jobs so he could fit us in at the earliest time available. His professionalism while installing the unit was impeccable to say the least. The unit that he replaced was a different model & size to one installed & you will notice now that the new one looks like it was the original. I would not hesitate to use Paul again & would recommend Paul to other people that require the same or similar hot water installations.Service: Water heater installation
Highly recommended! It was our first time to engage with a plumber and the experience was a great one! Paul attended to our issue promptly, very professional and a nice guy to deal with. He explained everything to us prior to doing the work. Also fixed minor issues that we aren’t even aware of! No wonder other people who had previously hired this company gave 5 stars. Very happy and satisfied.
