Today my best friend said "yes to the dress" and we hardly had to make an effort in choosing. The lovely ladies make it so easy to make a decision. They are not pushy and very helpful from the get go. I have done wedding dress shopping with other girl friends but hadn't received the same customer care as we did at Kylie J. Bridal. They give you the time to think and never make you feel pressured. They are quite flexible as to how you customise your gown. We walked into this store on a late Thursday afternoon only because it was one of the only bridal gown stores open at the time that we were available. But that was it. My friend was sold! Thank you Kylie J. Bridal!

Bought my dress off-the-rack from this store!! Had the best experience. The sales consultant I had was exceptionally helpful and had great energy. She genuinely seemed so excited for me. Eventhough the dress was on sale, she still paid lots of attention to me, making sure that I liked what I tried on. What I liked most was that she was also the dress-maker, so she was able to give exact quotes on the alterations needed for the dress. She knew exactly what had to be done which made me feel more relieved that my dress would be in good hands. She was honest - giving us advice that we could find a veil elsewhere if we wanted. She was also extremely patient - with my loud and picky family!! We also went a little over an hour trying on the dresses, but she didn't rush me at all and was so focused on helping me find my dress. The dress was also reasonably priced and great quality. I am so happy with my purchase!!! Can't recommend it enough.

Nice shop, Great collection, just a shame the lady was rather rude towards my gf and I. She did not pay attention to what we wanted at all. She just wanted to sell us what she liked and what she thought suitable. Not a fan.
