I visited Duchess Boutique with my daughter yesterday, looking for my Mother of the Groom dress and upon entering the store, we were greeted by the lovely Jamie. She then spent the next hour or so, showing and suggesting dresses for me to try on, giving me honest feedback and offering amazing customer service. The other sales ladies, were also wonderful and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease. We were so impressed with not only the staff but the variety of beautiful dresses in the store, that my daughter also purchased a dress for her brothers wedding. I highly recommend Duchess Boutique for all your formal wear needs and I will most definitely be a returning customer in the future.
A huge thank you to Jaime, as well as Olivia, Britta and Patricia. An amazing selection of dresses in varying sizes, colours and styles. All of the stylists were extremely friendly, enthusiastic and patient. We were never made to feel rushed, even when we returned back the next day to double check our choice of purchase. Jaime went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was thrilled with her Year 12 formal dress and her creativity, knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated. A stand out experience and we would definitely recommend 'Duchess Boutique' to others. Certainly worth a visit! Thank you to the team for providing us with such a positive experience.
WOW ! What an experience !! Randomly walked in last minute on a Sunday in hope to add some ideas to my thoughts of wedding dresses. BUT WOW! The dresses are spectacular & the service even better. JAMIE you girl are amazing ! Duchess Boutique you should definitely be proud to have women like this work for you & hold your brand. Her Service was immaculate, she made me feel a million dollars in any gown I tried on and the support from the all the women who worked in the store was fantastic. Olivia was also a very big help in every dress I tried on & the smile she gave just melted my heart. In conclusion JAMIE you helped me find my dream dress & say yes to the dress ! The women in this store have really set the benchmark for what exceptional customer service looks like & should feel like. So thank you ladies.. : I will definitely be recommending you. Xoxo
Beautiful dresses and great customer service. I was assisted by a staff member named Alyssa, she was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. She gave me pure honest feedback and helped me pick something a dress which style and colour fitted my preferences and body shape and colour. Thank you very much for making me feel a million dollars Alyssa, your wonderful customer service would definitely make me recommend family and friends to you.
I just want to say a big thank you for the outstanding service and magnificent dress I purchased. Alyssa you were amazing, the service you provided was top notch. I am so in love with my dress and I won’t be shopping anywhere else from here on. Also a big shout out to Jamie for post sale service, can’t speak of you guys high enough.
The ambience of the store is glamour and wonderfully welcoming. The dresses are breathtaking and the range is broad with incredible choice of top-end evening wear. Their buying department knows their clientele. The staff are highly experienced, with excellent attention to detail. They listen and then work to your needs. The care during fittings is fine tuned, and very respectful. The gowns are made well and fit to size. It is a Princess experience. I will be back for the next formal occasion.

She went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect dress and really helped me feel comfortable the whole time. Total bonus that she hyped me up a lot too! Go-to dress shop for my family
