I got a special order for ugg boots made. At home, I took them out and the covering was sticky all over causing permanent finger marks where I handled them, and they were too tight. I returned them for an exchange. It took some persuading but the staff member finally worked with me to get a good exchange with uggs that fit. I am very happy with the exchange.
Very disappointed with the slip on ugh slippers, would not recommend anyone to buy them. It’s not what I expected there literally on a plastic sole with no cushioning & with a very poor quality fur, which I believe it’s synthetic. Not cosy at all. I asked for a refund and they refused it. Only wanted to give me another pair but they wouldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be the same.
Amazing range of sheepskin products. Perfect prices too. Bought some great moccasins which were perfect in this cold winter.
I've been wearing uggs for 45 years and I'm pretty happy to find this shop. Really good selection for all the family.
