We cannot thank Sebastians carpet court enough for transforming our home, every step through the process from choosing colours to the installation and the aftermarket follow up has been extremely professionally. They also bring business to a personal level which is very welcoming. We had every surface of our house redone. Tried to get a quote, called discussed job & emailed plans - Ravi was nothing but a smarrase when I followed up 2 weeks later!! Extremely unprofessional. Said he had done it, but never sent it. Asked him to email it so could see it and quote on next level of product. Then he's saying which quote do you want me to send etc and was just actingike a sarcastic fool. Thank god I found out early how difficult they are to deal with!!

I had a great experience with Sebastian's Carpet Court. David really spends lots of time with you measuring up the job carefully and understanding exactly what you need... he's funny and chatty. I was really happy with the spotted gum flooring they laid at my apartment. When I found a defect in one of the boards from the factory, his tradesman came straight away and replaced it. Make sure you check the work at the end so the tradie installing can fix any issues. And make sure you get the tradies to clean up after themselves. Most tradies are hopelesd. I pretty much did not let him leave till he did. He did a great job cleaning up. I am so happy with the work they did!!

5 star quality and service! So happy with my carpet. Thank you so much to Dave for recommending the carpet we chose, the colour and quality is fantastic. To top it off the price was right. Next on the agenda is blinds.......we will be back without doubt. Thank you so very much guys 😊

One in a while you have a really bad service experience, his name is Wayne, not only rude, incompetent and unprofessional, but a bully who will throw his weight around like a spoilt little child when he can't BS his way out of a situation of his own making. Avoid this place, they don't deserve your business.
