If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Came in looking for my wedding suit after months of searching. As soon as I walked in a suit caught my eye but the problem was my wedding was 6 days away. The service was amazing. They genuinely made me feel like they were there just for me. They ended up smashing out the alteration and got it done for me before my wedding. I will be wearing suits for everything thanks to them. Also I’ll Be sure to make an appointment next time

Had such an amazing experience at Zacmens. Maureen and Rabab were amazing to deal with, made my experience personal and catered to my event. I’ll definitely be back there again!
My brother had a suit made for his wedding here. Absolutely disgusting customer service was not the only issue we had. My brother's second last fitting, we noticed the pants were baggy and not fitting correctly at all. When my mum and myself tried to tell the woman who was doing the fitting, she was extremely rude and told us it would be fixed. She did not say anything nice or comforting in any of the fittings. His suit was left until the afternoon the day before the wedding and was absolutely terrible. It was such an embarrassment and cost him over $1000!! My dad initially wanted to have his suit made there too, but after the woman working there gave him no say in what the suit would look like, he decided to go elsewhere. Everything he asked for, she would make an excuse as to why he shouldnt do it. He ended up buying a suit from David Jones that looked 100x better than the groom's suit.
Avoid at all costs. I could not believe someone was so rude. Maureen talked so fast it was unbelievable. It was done in a way that any ideas brought up by myself or other party members were just not good enough for her. She was rude from the moment we walked in and had a level of arrogance in her responses, very much "why would you do that" answers. It was clear to me she wasn't necessarily fussed in what we were after and what we could do. All ideas and thoughts were quickly dismissed as well as any questions we had. There are places around Melbourne priced more competitively and offer a far better customer service experience too.
I am very disappointed, I designed a groom's suit and it was very horrible, it was not similar to what I originally wanted, they took 2 months to find the material that I want, they made me wait 2 months for nothing, when I spoke to the owner he told me if you don't like it get out of here right now, very bad customer service, my wedding was in six days and they made me become very worried about what we gonna do about it, don't design anything from this shop cause they won't make it as you want.
If you need a suit, this is the place. Why spend $10,000 on a hugo boss suit when you could get the same thing perfectly fitted to your size with all the best materials on the market for a fraction of the price. I’m currently on my second zacmens suit and Im already thinking of buying another one. Truly the geeatest tailor around.
Was introduced to Zacmens by a family member and bought my first suit from there recently. Booked an appointment with Maureen who helped me choose my fabric from hundreds of designs, the style of the suit, measured me up, and had it tailor made within 2 weeks. I then had a second fitting and they re-altered it on the same day for a perfect fit. I can honestly say it is by far the best suit I have ever worn, extremely well fitted. Will absolutely be back.
Maureen was fantastic! No fuss, no complications, she just did the job and accommodated for all we asked for. She even did a few adjustments to the blazer to make it perfect snug fit. THere such great level of detail i nteh design of the custom jacket as well. Thank you Zacmens and Maureen, will be back!
One of the best tailors I have been to. The suits Maureen made were just one of the best fit suit I had. Great attention to detail, friendly, professional and reasonable.
