KWT has the best team I have ever dealt with in the Cycling industry. When I am on the phone with them always the customer service support is amazing, really friendly, professional and they always assist the best they can and solve your enquires so efficiently, it is the kind of company you will love to do business with. I ask them I big favor yesterday almost 4pm to send us a package from QLD and it was in NSW in 19 hours. This things make the difference and every process with you guys is so easy and efficient Keep up the great work!
My second hand bike had a basket holder but no basket. KWT had what I needed, the customer service was totally awesome and delivery was incredibly fast. A brilliant experience!
Great service and deal! Ordered some Microshift thumb shifters on Sunday, called up firstly for options and was offered a deal so I decided to go ahead with purchase. Payment was made straight away and delivery was appempted the very next day, to my surprise. I wasn't home but after a phonecall from the friendly and helpful courier, was delivered the next day without issue. Highly recomended.
