I regularly visit this medical clinic. My GP is Dr. Ayesha Rasul from last 2-3 years. She is one of the best doctors, she is highly professional and knowledgeable. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! All other staff at the clinic was also very helpful. My overall experience is 5 stars. However, the waiting time at this clinic is something which can be improved further. Thanks
I visited Brisbane for couple week and fell sick and consulted Dr. Muniza Ashraf. She guided me with the right treatment and was so kind. It was a great experience with the team and special thanks to Jessica for helping a lot in whole process.
Went for a 9.40am appointment with my 78 yr old dad and was called in after 45 min. At the 20 min mark I spoke to the receptionist who asked ‘you haven’t been called by the nurse to check the vitals’? The answer was NO. Anyway got called in about 5 min later and all done in 2 min. Then got called in by the doctor at 10.20 am. Why because I stood up the second time to go to the receptionist and she called the doctor to tell her that patients were waiting. I heard a laugh. No apologies or empathy in talking to the patient. It was like a robotic treatment. What kind of doctors are you employing?
Didn’t have a pleasant experience. Booked for tele consultation but only waited hours on end without a call. At least they could have informed us about any delays. No one answered our calls or informed us. This was not the type of response we expected from a clinic we heard good reviews about. We will look for another clinic in the future instead of wasting time.
My family has been seeing Dr Ranjit Kaur for 15yrs plus and she is always thorough, compassionate and an amazingly lovely Doctor...Jess on admin is also amazing and has the best customer service...and we saw a nurse today that was also very caring and professional... Highly recommended this place!!
The staff here are absolutely wonderful. The receptionist Jessica was so helpful and my doctor Dr Nisar too. Very busy, valuable asset to the community. They bulkbilled too :
All doctors which I saw in last visits are very good and supportive. Dr Narrun naher, Dr Ayesha, Dr Fatima all very nice and understanding. New nurses and reception staff also treats patients well
Doctor Muniza is an amazing person nd a most experienced doctor. Reception staff is so nice and humble. They are so friendly and polite .
Much improved wait times. Lovely reception staff. I recommend Dr Rupali Kamble excellent doctor.
Doctor Nurun Naher is a highly skilled excellent doctor who is very caring about patient needs and concerns.Had a lovely experience. Lovely friendly staff as well.
