Dr Zek Mohebbi

I met Dr Mohebbi today as I finally got an appointment for a full body skin check. I found Dr Mohebbi to be pleasant with a great bed side manner. Dr Mehebbi explained everything in full detail. I found the reception staff friendly and professional.

I could not make an appointment due to a car accident the day before due to a seizure. The car was barely drivable but I was prepared to drive it to my appointment. The afternoon of the appointment, a storm blew in. It was not safe to drive such a damaged car which was not steering properly through the storm. So I called ahead to let the surgery know I could not make it and why. Maybe a week later, I received a nasty letter from Dr Mohebis surgery. Asking for a cancelation fee which I was told would be waived when I cancelled due to extenuating circumstances. It also had other statements that were unsympathetic to my circumstances. I called and expressed my displeasure at the letter, as I believed everything was sorted and fine. I was told again the cancel fee would be waived. We discussed my next appointnent in a months time and that I would discuss the letter further with Dr Mohebi himself. I also asked again if I could reshedule the first appointment as I had a spot on my face I was concerned about. I said if nothing was available, I was happy to wait for the next appointment in July. I turned up to my appointment today to find it was cancelled because I didn't agree to the rudely worded threatening letter. Of course I didn't agree to it as I should not have gotten it due to extenuating circumstances. I was never told this appointment was canceled and we have been patients of Dr Mohebi for at least 10 years. In all that time this is the first appointment I could not make and I discussed why at length with the surgery. What sort of Doctor expects a patient to drive a damaged car with faulty steering and brakes through a storm. I am shocked and very disappointed at the treatment we have received as long standing honest and respectful patients. I will be taking my complaint and formally lodging it with the relevant government complaints service.

This man is rude and highly disrespectful, I think particularly to women. He thinks he is God's gift and that he can shush and act in a threatening manner if you don't follow strict instructions or are a minute late to an appointment. He would not let me bring my 6 month old baby to appointments after I was diagnosed with melanoma. The man spoke of the net bandage on my leg looking like pin up Racquel Welsh. He gave me hell when my wound was slightly reddened and blamed and shamed me because I am a nurse and should know better. There is a strange negative culture on his rooms that you should stay away from. He knew I didn't like him after a few weeks and he sent me a badly worded letter telling me to find another doctor. Gladly. Retire now.

I have been going to Dr Mohebi for a number of years now and I would highly recommend him as a extremely good skin cancer Doctor. I have had around 50 CCC's and SCC's incisions and all have been very successful. He is strict on management of the incisions but this I believe is a possitive. I have total confidence and respect for Dr Mohebi.

Rude and obnoxious Dr. I was approx 11 mins late, called to let know. Had someone in his room anyway. Was more interested in me being late and being upset at me. Told me get referral or find another clinic. That's the response to wanting something checked. Awful manners. Refused to look at what I'd shown the receptionist. Kept cutting me off and told me to listen.i am stunned

Dr. MOHEBBI is brilliant. He is a kind doctor who really cares for his patients. He is very skilled when it comes to identifying & removing skin cancer etc & sites his best to make you comfortable. All the staff are lovely.

Got told to be there 15 mins before 5pm.. Showed up at 4.30 and was told the doctor will be at least 30 mins late. Told the receptionist that if it gets too late I'll have to rearrange another appointment as all my kids have sport... The doctor called me in and took photos of a couple of spots on my skin that I'm concerned about... The doctor then told me that he's retiring soon and I need to find another doctor... I asked him if he thinks it's cancerous, and he said "you won't die within 2 to 3 months so I'm best to get another doctor to look at it" He was paid to tell me to go to a doctor.. What a scam
