Took my Milwaukee drill in to be fixed in March and after two months it was finally "fixed". When I tried to use it it was in worse working order than when I dropped it off. I returned it and was told the new part was faulty and when the new part arrived still wasn't looked at for another week. Total of nearly 3 months. How is a tradesman is supposed to make a living without tools? Biggest joke of a shop in Launceston, I'll be sure to never return.

Repaired my 20 year old Sony stereo/ tape deck/ turntable from a pretty moribund condition to a good operating unit had a bit of a wait for parts but the results are music to my ears, thanks guys.

Extremely BAD! .. Have had my Laserdisc Player for almost a year ... I have to make the effort to call them to find out what the hell is going on... purchased a part internationally and now they say no tech guy can fix it ... 
Take it from me never go there ... look interstate and pay the extra cost for freight.

Nightmare, destroyed a set of expensive sennheiser headphones and took almost 3 weeks to do it. Have to take them somewhere else for the plug to be replaced and wires connected correctly. Extremely bad communication, problem solving skills and customer service. Avoid like a STD..
