Food was amazing. Service was just ok. Was told by the waittress that outside heaters were inoperable that night. After we oaid and left, they fired up the outside heaters... Asked waitress to take my order last, and she took everyone elses order first, then left. Just several poor service industry practices. Back to the food though, the burgers were hot and amazing. The fries were good too if you ate them quickly since it was winter and we were seated outside. Beer selection is available via a QR code on the table to browse catalog via your phone. This would be fine except that menu was convoluted with numerous submenus and filters. Overall, i would go back armed with knowledge of first visit.
First visit to this location, but I have been to the one in Norfolk and it was great. This location did not disappoint. Small outdoor dining area, great atmosphere that seems like a dive bar. Good music, lots of beer options and the staff is helpful when trying to pick out a new beer. Many unique burgers to choose from, and I had the Cowboy...so great. I love everything about this place. If you haven't been, go!
Very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but they were still incredibly quick and attentive. The staff has a great attitude and the food is incredible! I’ve had a bunch of their items, but the Elvis is my personal favorite. Every burger I have is compared to it and never measures up to how good Jack Brown’s does it!
This place is pretty neat. The burgers are tasty and they have a cool selection of some pretty out there burgers. Their staff is filled with friendly and funny people. Good beer on tab if you try 100 different ones you get a tshirt or something. They also have this burger challenge but it’s not for the faint of heart. I’ve seen some brave men with big belly’s go in there and get humbled real quick.
The burgers are top Notch! If you're looking for a great juicy well seasoned patty you will enjoy. The sweet Potato fries are a #Gamechanger as well. The house made "Jack Brown sauce" is the compliment dipping sauce of choice for both Burger and fries! If you're in town it is definitely worth a Stop. I didn't even mention the plethora of beers they have both on tap and can. Space is limited inside but outdoor seating is available also. I wish they had a rewards program for their food to earn different items on the menu. Hopefully that's something they will consider adding for the loyal customer experience in the future.
The Elvis burger is crazy delicious I would have never thought about a bacon burger with peanut butter before but, sooo amazingly good Food: 5/5
Always good food, great beer, and solid vibes! The JB sauce is delicious. The staff is always kind and helpful. I recommend visiting!
5 star for food and the price! With inflation nowadays, i was surprised that their yummy meals were $10.99.. I also love that it is family friend with outdoor and indoor seating-- bar inside for adults, but colorful tables outside for when you bring kids. The only thing is when we asked to turn on the heater outside, they told us they ran out of propane--- but when we left, they turned it on for the other people..not sure what that was all about!
Amazing experience. The place was packed but we were still seated within 5 mins. Waiter was so friendly and personable. We ordered and had our food so quickly. I got the shocker burger, probably hands down the most amazing spicy burger ever! Food was fresh and hot. And the house sauce....phewww so delicious! The decor was so fun. Loved the chandelier close to the door.
Went here for dinner with a friend - had two burgers and fries and was very full and satisfied. Burgers are smash-patty style, I enjoyed them both. Solid beer selection here as well, fair number of taps and a lot of canned options.Food: 5/5
