Another awesome night at The Collection Bar last night! Thanks Zach & team! Awesome menu of cocktails, or simply give the staff an idea of what you want & let them create! 5 stars all the way, & I can't wait to return for the awesome drinks & great service!

An impressive bar. We dropped in for a final drink after a meal at Anchovy just up the road. The bar is nicely fitted out and it’s clearly a well liked place. Good range of drinks available here. The cocktails are good. Service was pretty satisfactory too. We’d return for sure.

Good cocktails and a quiet vibe make this place a great choice for a romantic night or few drinks with friends. The cosy backyard is perfect for a summer night. I love the way the owner interacts with customers. This place is a gem.

I liked the bar..The drinks were great and the Owner, Zack was very charming. He made you feel so welcomed at the bar.

Absolutly amazing service, I feel bad I forgot the bartenders name English bloke, but he was amazing, brilliant service from him. The drinks were amazing and the place had a very good vibe to it. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

My colleagues and I had such a good time at the Collection Bar, served by Zac. He is absolutely fabulous and he got us drinks that we have no idea what's in it, but tastes so good. Thank you for giving us such a great experience at your bar.
