HUGE BIG STORES. Come for a visit or simply coke in have a look around and fill your head with home ideas. This store has everything for that home decoration job. Plenty to see and plenty of things to spruce up that old looking home. . Lovely staff to boot and helpful Cheers big ears
This old lady at checkouts and bag checks needs a raise if you’re deterring people from kmart. Shes great at making people feel like criminals. So yeah went target and great service there.
Went into Kmart yesterday to get electric blankets for the family. Checked stock before leaving - all good. I go straight to bedding - can’t see anything anyway. Shock horror there was a worker actually in that area who I asked and she had no idea - she said they “should” be in this area or the last isle is where she “saw” them. The last isle was all curtains! So I go to the front in hopes they will use their little gadget to check stock levels or if they are kept somewhere else. All she did was radio in and ask where electric blankets were - and I got told to go back to the bedding area….. Both workers had very unmotivated attitudes and really didn’t want to help. I already had items in my trolly and thought bugger it - I won’t even buy this then. Left it all there - walked out and bought all the electric blankets/heater and bedding from Big W instead. Your customer service & lack or trained staff is really turning me off even bothering with Kmart anymore! Thanks for wasting my time, while I was already unwell and had a baby with me who wanted to get home to bed.
Wow, Wow and Wow! I would like to compliment the managers and staff at Kmart at North Lakes. This Kmart store is the neatest and best stocked store on the North side of Brisbane and I know as I have visited them all. I found everything well organised and arranged. Unlike other Kmart stores there was nothing blocking the isles and not a thing on the floor. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I found not one of the Kmart team on their mobile phones! Goodbye Kmart Chermside and Aspley…….Hello North Lakes! Thank you to the North Lakes Team and keep up the great work!
First of all.. what the Hell! Somebody's gum on a child's toy in a click and collect bag? What sick joke is this. This is absolutely disgusting and then to wait for ages at the service desk with other people behind me also not happy for people in the back room at least four people to talk about absolutely everything in their lives but do work and what they are paid to do. Kmart manager of Northlakes... Seriously, up your game and start cracking down on this because it's not looking great for the company. It'snUnacceptable behaviour from staff and dangerous for kids to have chocking hazards all over them. I do wonder why the staff thought it to be appropriate to still put this in a bag!! YUCK.
