Moved the store around recently so checkouts at the front. More self serves but one lone manned register. I noticed too that they are also more than happy to help on the self checkouts too especially when I needed a hand with my gift card.nnLovely staff who are always willing to help despite the volume of customers and their demands.nnLots of new stock! The isles seem bigger so more accessible too.nnBe kind, have a blessed day
Moving the checkouts to the front of the store hasn't addressed the major issue which is that this store is always ridiculously understaffed and its almost impossible to get any help or service. I waited for 10-15mins for a price check at the counter but the staff member busily running around trying to manage like 25-30 checkouts by himself wasnt able to get anyone else to help so I just walked out and didn't buy the items.
Just wanted to give Tahnee working at the Layby/Service counter today Sunday 28th June at 1pm a shoutout! After dealing with a not very helpful team member on the phone, who advised me a product was on the shelf and in stock prior to going to Kmart, only to drive 30 minutes to find out she never checked and it wasn't in fact on the shelf at all! Tahnee went above and beyond along with another gentleman working in the same area, to find the products I was looking for. Good help is hard to find these days, so thanks for being wonderful & extremely helpful chick! Appreciated beyond!
The menswear section is bigger than most and they still have a fishing tackle section! My kids and I use the combos and they are pretty decent for the price. Unless you're hooking GT's offshore, the Jarvis walker stuff is good enough as a muck about kit.
Store layout has ample space. Good place to get basic clothing for growing teens. Huge cosmetic section at front.
