I bought a pair of shoes from this store and they turned out to be extremely uncomfortable — so much so that they caused bruising and cuts on my feet, even while wearing socks. I’ve worn them about four times now, hoping they’d soften or wear in, but each time they’ve caused pain, rubbing, and damage to my feet. I even have to take my feet out during the day just to get relief.nnWhat’s frustrating is that friends of mine bought the same or similar shoes and theirs are completely fine — which makes me think my pair is genuinely faulty. I understand new shoes can take some wearing in, but this goes well beyond that.nnWhen I contacted the store, they refused to exchange the shoes, even though I explained they were faulty and offered to show proof of purchase through my bank statement which is valid under Australian Consumer Law. I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only to be met by a staff member who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.nnI work in retail myself, and I would never treat a customer like this — especially when they’re clearly in the right under the ACCC’s consumer guarantees. If a product is faulty, you’re legally entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair. The store completely ignored this and refused to assist me.nnVery disappointed with the customer service and complete lack of regard for consumer rights.

She noticed that I was interested in a particular product and was kind enough ti show me some some similar items that I was equally interested in. She could have left me be but instead her care and service made my day. THANK YOU KYLAH! Please consider my feedback when next evaluating her performance. Jared.
Unnecessarily rude customer service. Bought a vacuum where the charger cable wasn’t in the pack. I brought it back unused to exchange for a complete product. Not giving me 30sec to explain the staff cut me off and said ”no receipt, no refund”. I didn’t want nor had I used the word ”refund”. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t work customer facing. ‍
Went in to buy jeans today. Paid at self serve. The receipt came out of the machine and I grabbed it and it unfortunately ripped my barcode off the end of the paper. I grab both parts of my receipt to show the barcode scanning man. He scrunched his face at my receipt and I explained it broke in the machine. He quips back in a passive aggressive manner “no.. you were impatient and pulled it from the machine” I smile back and reaffirm it was stuck in the machine and broke off. He continued to argue with me and make a scene as I walked out of the store. All over a ripped receipt that he only needed to scan. You would think it was criminal behaviour. Be warned, do not show a receipt that rips after your purchase! This guy will police you for it. Rude and unprofessional from someone who only needs to scan a barcode I don’t need a lecture for shopping here. Never have I had a customer service person argue with me over something so insignificant. Absolutely weird behaviour.
Return policy is useless and waste of time.nI visited store very next day with receipt to return item with Same card but manager said she won’t be able to refund and need same phone. There is no other option for refund and ended with no support from manager.nnPreviously I was told to bring physical card and this time I was told to use same phone for return.
