Went in to Kmart 20/09/23 - some items I required were empty on the shelves. However I asked staff & literally had staff look for me to say the stock was on the load & unpack it for me straight away. All staff were very friendly & I fulfilled my list for our Fiji trip we stay in the villages. A very pleasurable experience - well done everyone.
I had to pick up an item from the toy section on Friday & found it too heavy for me to lift. Lady at the store entrance was very helpful.Also many thanks to the Store Manager who put the item in a trolley & delivered it to my car & put it in the boot.Great service.
Great range of products at good prices. Quality of products are great
No availability of baby trolleys. Have a 10week old who we had to carry through the store as the only baby trolley was buried in the trolley bay at the back with all the normal trolleys in front. Was going to do a shop for a few things gave up and went elsewhere
I'm a person with disabilities and have a guide dog to assist me. I asked staff for support to get something for me as I wasn't coping with the ques and crowds. I was told NO.nnVERY DISSAPOINTED!!
