The loading dock at the back of the store is absolutely disgusting filled with rubbish. Somebody needs to get out there and clean it up because you can’t expect to use one of the main roads of Bundaberg as a dumping ground for your rubbish or expect customers to sit there and wait to collect orders surrounded by filth.
Returning an item today. Asked the woman at entry point where to complete this transaction. Explained to her I didn't have a receipt or Flybuys or bank statement as I had paid cash. She directed me to the service desk and said she'd phone through to let them know I was on my way. Upon arriving at this section I joined a queue of six with only one person serving. After waiting my turn in line which seemed like an eternity a young man served me. He wasn't sure what to do so asked a girl who was fixing something on the back counter. She spent the whole time looking through a greasy long fringe that covered her eyes and half her face never standing up to talk properly, explaining to me that there were no refunds on cash sales without a docket, since August. When I asked could I take a store credit, she repeated there are no refunds on cash purchases without a docket. Why the woman at the entry point couldn't have informed me of this as I entered the store is beyond me. Wasted so much time waiting in a long queue only to be treated badly and made to feel like I was a criminal, all for the sake of a $30- item. Customer service desk requires someone who knows the meaning of customer service and can carry out their duties in a professional manner. I expect more, lift your game Kmart
Couldn’t find an easel for a project I needed and Sasha staff member went above and beyond with their service, offering alternatives. Definitely made the customer experience pleasurable, Sasha later actually found some in stock for me. Great service
Went in to Kmart 20/09/23 - some items I required were empty on the shelves. However I asked staff & literally had staff look for me to say the stock was on the load & unpack it for me straight away. All staff were very friendly & I fulfilled my list for our Fiji trip we stay in the villages. A very pleasurable experience - well done everyone.
Saw an electric cooktop online for only $29 exactly what I need.nComplete my transaction only to be told it's not available and received a refundnLiterally anywhere else, Target, Big W etc will ship this from an available store so that you can receive any items even if not in stock at preferred store.nWhy can't kmart do this ?
