The loading dock at the back of the store is absolutely disgusting filled with rubbish. Somebody needs to get out there and clean it up because you can’t expect to use one of the main roads of Bundaberg as a dumping ground for your rubbish or expect customers to sit there and wait to collect orders surrounded by filth.
Couldn’t find an easel for a project I needed and Sasha staff member went above and beyond with their service, offering alternatives. Definitely made the customer experience pleasurable, Sasha later actually found some in stock for me. Great service
Went in to Kmart 20/09/23 - some items I required were empty on the shelves. However I asked staff & literally had staff look for me to say the stock was on the load & unpack it for me straight away. All staff were very friendly & I fulfilled my list for our Fiji trip we stay in the villages. A very pleasurable experience - well done everyone.
Had a scary fire drill in Kmart today and the lovely staff escorted me out the fire exit.nI will say, a manager I think was yelling at the two lads who escorted me out. They did nothing wrong in my eyes and it was embarrassing!
Please tell me why Kmart has no trolleys at 9.30 in the morning. I have 2 tables to collect and nothing to carry them in. When I asked if they were getting any trolleys in, the lady had no idea. Not good enough.
