First time shopper at Ally at the age of 54 lol! Laura was very helpful and supportive. Assisting me to find the right clothes and the right fit. Very happy with her service
OMG, never have I been into a women's clothing store and been helped like these beautiful girls help me, and I have been shopping for 30 years, so that's saying something. They never make me feel silly or horrible, they are also truthful on the garment a dont lie just to get a sale. They even help if your not sure how something actually gets worn, they know their stuff and it's all of the girls too, you never hear oh I don't know I'll just ask.... Good in ya girls, ill see yas tomorrow for more clothes and yet another great experience.. They never fail... Thanks girls.
There were friendly staff and the clothes they sell were amazing. But I would recommend that they make doors on the change rooms instead of the curtains. And the clothes were so comfy.
Just went into ally to refund a dress to be told no refunds being done today .Not happy with the service of this shop and wont be recommending it to anyone !
Have to wait 2 days permission for a simple size exchange. Customer service at Bundaberg store was gross. Inconstancy in sizing. Over all bad experience.
