This morning at 10.15 am I went to the express lane 12 items or lessnThere was a couple before me not realising how many items they had l stood in linenOnly to spend 15 minutes waiting for all their groceries to be processednUnbelievable!$ 290 they spent at the express lanenThe line filled up behind me and while people started whispering to each other about the situation no-one said a thing!nThe checkout operator just kept chatting to the couple who she seemed to knownNot good enough! Just because most of the other customers had a few items worth less than $50 no doubtnNo shame!That is what I think of people who know they can get away with such blatant disregard for other peoplenSorry Coles you can do better that
Apart from a sour exchange with a staff member I continue to shop there. Management very quick to apologise profusely. All good, I do not hold grudges, as long as the matter was handled promptly, & it was!
my husband and I went to do some shopping, we paid at the self-checkouts and I put the groceries in my bag. a cashier then stopped me and asked me to show her my bag, I opened my bag to her and she started shouting at me while violently snatching my bag. she searched and took out everything that was inside, calling me a thief in front of everyone, even though we had paid. my husband intervened to defend me in the face of the violence of the situation, but I asked him to calm down and we left. however when we left, I saw this woman laughing with her work colleagues. I am shocked at what happened. that's not the way to do it. she didn't have to search my bag like that, or yell at me and call me a thief. I didn't say anything and she laughed behind my back. I hope this person thinks more next time.
Never in my life have I had a green chicken. I've even grown and butched my own chickens and never had this.nnNot only that, firstly I placed an online order for click and collect and tried to pay with a gift card, I couldn't use it on the website and was forced to use it in store.... hence my incredible disappointment to go into the store to buy the chicken only to roast it for a Sunday evening roast and not be able to eat it.nnThis was the first time in 5 years I've gone into Coles.... Aldi chooks might be smaller but they are never green!
My mum bought fruit/produce from Coles this morning at around 10:30-10:45, she did not check the fruit as she thought it would be fresh it was mouldy and out of date. No fresh food supermarket should be selling mould incredibly unhappy.
