Checkout service today at 14.25 was not existent. Checkout 1 was open and one other. Several trolleys lined up and the second checkout closed. We were then yelled at by the person in self checkout to go to 1. Someone asked why and we were yelled at again. We have no staff so cant open checkouts. There was a long line of full trolleys at 1. The lady there was doing the best she could and was very polite. However the person in self service was rude to an old lady who was trying to weigh her apples. She was told she should know how to do it. I find it hard to believe there were no other staff available. Poor service Coles.
Usual procedure nothing exciting but wanted the natures kitchen banana bread vegan and it’s put right at the morgue/ meat section hey coles vegans don’t want to be anywhere near the dead animal flesh section ‍

Store is packed up with absolute bunch of racists and especially Lyn from deli department giving attitude to customers even when you are nice to her.
Waited two hours I the carpark to pick up an online order that they now say I will never get. Nothing like leaving your customers in the lurch on Christmas Eve. I cannot understand why you made me wait - then send a text telling me you will contact me when it’s ready and when I call yet again tell me it’s cancelled. So Cruel
