This store should be dedicated to online orders only. It was challenging trying to navigate the staff filling online orders with those huge carts, one in every aisle.nStock was depleted in some areas and the staff seemed to hate being there, the vibe negative, except for the lovely lady at the checkout. Woolworths next time.

Waited two hours I the carpark to pick up an online order that they now say I will never get. Nothing like leaving your customers in the lurch on Christmas Eve. I cannot understand why you made me wait - then send a text telling me you will contact me when it’s ready and when I call yet again tell me it’s cancelled. So Cruel
The store is clean. Unfortunately, there were multiple areas lacking in stock, or the stock was behind empty boxes. A large number of staff were filling online orders, making it difficult to manoeuvre up and down the aisles, and this contributed to the stock issue. The staff member who served us was lovely even though her sign was up to use another register. She ended up taking the sign down as the store was busy, and there was only 1 other register open with staff to help. I know it's the way the world is going, but not everyone likes using self-serve checkouts. Unfortunately, customer service is becoming a thing of the past with self-serve checkouts and staff busy filling online orders and no staff to help on the shop floor. Very
