Worst customer service ever. Manager is so rude. If this reaches to Telstra management please take necessary step to improve your store reputation. People have got no option to use Telstra if they living regional or bush and store like this take advantage of this, as you have to deal with them at end of the day. I wish area manager reads this post and contacts and make necessary changes. 2.9 google reviews are for a reason. Manager had the audacity to raise his voice front of other people while i was trying to explain her the situation and while asking area managers name she had the audacity to call security as it was 5:29 pm Friday evening and she wanted to leave. Having personal and business account with Telstra, paying $700/ month and this is how they treat you. I wish we had better network option here. It has given me such bad anxiety, dealing with such bunch of people who does not want to work. Standing in store for 20 mins without acknowledgment while staff member are joking around and doing paper work on computer just because customer in store is not a priority for them.
Need to update your business hours! Checked online, says you're open until 5.30. Arrive at 5.10pm rushing like mad from work because i desperately need a new phone and doors shut. The sign in the shop also says 5.30. Very poor! I was wanting to move from Optus but it seems there are no good choices. .
This store is very busy but I made a appointment and I was attended to soon as I arrived.I purchase a Google pixel the service was tops and my man I had knows what he is doing .Great service.
Just went in to the store at around 3.30 with my elderly mother to sign her up to an internet package. They were very busy but we asked to have our name added to the list and were no.6 in the queue to be seen. Went and had a coffee to wait. Came back in to check, and down to 2 staff one busy, one not busy or with a customer. Asked how many more were left in the queue, answer only two ahead of us now. Asked to wait outside the store. Waited another half hour with elderly mother , 87, close to outside the store door and only one couple entered browsing and left again. Went back in after 38mins waiting and same blonde wiman still sitting at her computer and not attending to a customer sales. Gobsmacked at her attitude as in the second half hour we waited just outside, she could have signed us up and completed the sale. Wow. Really couldn't give worse, apathetic customer service if she tried. Truly disgusted at her attitude and poor service. May as well stay with a faulty phone line from Optus service. Don't know why we even bothered to change. Blonde needs to go ruin a sales service somewhere else. Pathetic. She is losing the store customers and one star for this lass is too generous.
Has been worked in this phone industry for 5 years but never ever seen this type of careless service or unresponsive and helpless staffs. Although Manager has no sense or customer service too so can’t expect much from staffs.
It looks like staff does not want to be there and they do not acknowledge you standing in store for 30 mins, they will still keep working on there computers and according to store manager they are looking after business customer, just wowww.
Driving thru town .enquired about new phone new contract .customer over 20 yrs .1other customer in store several other staff there standing around .young lady insisted had to book in an wait in line .?i was 5th.1 customer in there .!I said I'll go to another store .she seemed like she couldn't be happier. Keep spreading the gap between the company n its customers . Well done telsta Bundaberg
Great service staff were patient and very helpful
Needed to get documents verified, had to wait 30mins to get served. Provided the information the salesperson to get documents verified. I gelephoned the control group and they me tioned that they never recieved any information from the store. Now the control group wants me to go back to the store to see what happened. What a waste time.
Great Telstra shop with friendly staff. Nice and clean.
