I visited the store earlier this week to shop for pool items for my family during the summer heat. Although I didn’t catch his name, a shorter gentleman was extremely helpful with all my requests, including assisting with heavy lifting and locating items. I am pregnant at the moment and his support was especially appreciated, and I felt it was important to pass this on!
According to online, everything I wanted was in stock. Drove the 2hr to this store instead 2 different stores I live very rural and NO they don't have stock, on anything I wanted! Mind you, I can click & collect the get my things in a few hours, how does that work when there's no stock.
