Lying delivery company! Bought a mattress which was supposed to be delivered today. Woke up to a note left at the door saying they came and couldnt find us at home. No calls.. when we called them apparently they tried to call. When we called to have this fixed they said sorry and it will have to be next week! No accountability.. no actual solution.. i understand they work with a third party but it shouldnt be this easy to stuff up!

Customer Service not that great even after shopping and buying almost all of my furniture, electronics and more from Harvey Norman. Staff tend to be unhelpful over the phone upon completion of a sale. There’s no help or support after purchase.

The store has easy parking caters for handicapped people easy wheel chair access has toilets on premises. Has every thing you need for the home in electrical and furnature

Always a pleasant experience shopping here. Staff take the time to answer all your questions no matter how silly they might be. Aftersales is a breeze aswell. Shop here for all your electronic needs and you wont regret it.

Purchased a washing machine from HN last weekend. Was told it would be delivered Wednesday. I would be contacted Tuesday evening when the truck was loaded and given a window for delivery. No contact was made. I called HN Penrith 9am and spoke to salesman. No idea why I was not contacted. He called me back, to his credit and gave me a 2hr window. I am a small business owner and have lost money due to this negligence. Before Christmas last year I bought a TV through JB. I was contacted the night before with a window of time for delivery. First thing that morning I was sent a text from the driver with a link that allowed me to track on google map where the driver was. Brilliant!!! Its 2018 Gerry Harvey this service is not good enough. Will not be purchasing from HN again.
