Very good variety of household items and general clothing for the family. Clean store with ample aisle space. Reasonable prices.
About 10-12 minutes walking distance from Katoomba station. Excellent collection of clothing items especially winter wear. Reasonable prices and some very cheap. The staff are friendly. They have a vast section of clothing and accessories separate for men women and kids. Assisted and automatic check out options available.
A lot of parking spaces available, including undercover in the basement. Never seems to be busy, so easy for shopping. Large range of clothing for all ages and sexes.
Customer service is outstanding. We went to buy a microwave and there were none left on the shelf. We asked an assistant who checked for stock and got one out of the store. He even carried it to the checkout for us.
Actually refused service and forced through self checkout when I mentioned it was bad that there is not even one check out for actual service was told “sorry that is the way it is now”nIt is not good enough Big W Katoomba
