Enjoyed shopping here , although the lady with purple hair who served us at the checkout she looks not happy and no greetings and looks like she’s not enjoying her job at all . No smile no even say thank you. Overall the store is good.
Yesterday I was served by an extremely rude assistant -When I questioned the price I was charged she was even ruder -She was wearing a mask so I don’t know her but Target are doing themselves no favours having her work there -A very unpleasant experience -Her off sider was marginally nicer but not much -Teach your staff manners and respect to customers Target Lithgow !
This is not a review of the staff of this store who I’m sure are lovelynnHowever, the work pants here are such low quality that the same pair I’ve had to buy 3 times now have ripped in the exact same spot within a matter of weeks, I don’t do incredibly labor intensive work either so I shudder at the thought that others are and using this low quality stuff, I’d understand if they were only $35 or something but these were $70 pants, you’d get better quality at Connor and they’d give you a 2 for 1 deal. Target has fallen off a cliff and it’s no wonder their stores are shutting down by the dozen.
Zara was so kind. She listened carefully toy request for assistance and diligently cared for me. I am so grateful for her help, especially after just recovering from illness.
The store has potentials but there is really nothing in the tiny mens section for average sized men ie plain black t shirts it goes small s then xxxl xxxxl no inbetween same with pants. Small then its mr big.and no helpfull staff anywhere. I give 1 star for the smiles of the check out girs on my way out and ill try elsewhere
