Enjoyed shopping here , although the lady with purple hair who served us at the checkout she looks not happy and no greetings and looks like she’s not enjoying her job at all . No smile no even say thank you. Overall the store is good.
Sales person Isabel was profesional & very friendly at helping find what I was looking for & also gave me her time to take me where the item I was searching for. She's a very important staff to have in this bussiness.
Found the young girl on checkout on Friday 6th March to be so bloody rude. When something scanned at the in correct price. Would of thought she owned the place. 2 young teens with no idea about customer service
Everything is so easy to find here, thanks to Shia for her customer service and respect.
Everytime I come into target Lithgow the staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and it feels like they purposely ignore you or avoid you.nI tried to ask for help 2 different times and everytime I walked towards someone and started smiling and giving eye contact so they knew I was about to ask a question they quickly sped off. I also was told to “hang on” on the third time of asking and eventually gave up and left the store. I’m quite introverted so it takes a lot for me to ask a shop assistant for some help and to be so dismissed and spoken to unprofessionally has ruined my opinion of Lithgow target. They need to be retrained in customer service and also spoken to about how they speak to people.
