I had a very disappointing experience at Kmart Bunbury South, specifically with the lady at the service center in the back. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and had no interest in assisting customers. Instead of answering my simple inquiry politely, she acted as if I was inconveniencingnher. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed annoyed just by having to do her job.nGood customer service should be about helping customers, not makingnthem feel unwelcome. If Kmart values its reputation, they should train their staff to be more professional andnrespectful. I will definitely think twice before shopping ' are again.
Pulled a stat king on my fav team and my first card opening pulled a 1/200 chance superstar card. 10/10 would test my luck more here, shame they were sold out on the starter packs already.
23/7/24. 10amnWow what a disappointing store.nNo trolleys. When asked about was told to get one from the car park.nMentioned to main checkout person no trolleys and rudeness of door staff member and was told that was how it is as the trolley collectors have not started.nNearly every aisle in the store had stock trolleys in the way with no room for customers to shop.nOne lovely staff member stocking in manchester was very helpful and polite.
So far so good, but i just need to complain. My kid bought a bag of sand magnetic, sunday the October 2022. On the rack it says $10 but at the cashier it says $19 so i asked them to double check. The cashier girl sent someone to double check and she communicated with her through walkie talkie. So today wedx 2November, i went there again and i double check my self. In fact the price is actually $10. I didn't bring enough money on sunday last time, my kid was crying because i had to cancel some of the toys she wanted to buy. What a shame, we could have got enough money if you didn't charge it $19. Now how can i get my money back??? I already threw the shopping struck to the bin. It was my daughter's birthday money. What a shame!
Not as good as Eaton fair. Price scanners not working, sanitiser stations out of order. Other than that okay.
