Absolutely crap service, click and collect 4 fishing rods, all clarified they have them , money went through, made second click and collect for 2 more rods, parts missing so refunded. I just rang to say I'm on my way to get 4 rods, oh sorry there isn't any. Disgusted. Not good enough.
Absolutely pathetic. Went to pay for goods, scanned the item but couldn't pay. Kept asking me if I wanted to continue. Aghh. Staff too busy talking. There were about three other customers waiting to get help. Left the items in store. What service?
An employee named Tandin was being very rude absolutely saddening. I had asked him where the flower bouquets were and he told me he doesn't know you can explore?
I had a very disappointing experience at Kmart Bunbury South, specifically with the lady at the service center in the back. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and had no interest in assisting customers. Instead of answering my simple inquiry politely, she acted as if I was inconveniencingnher. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed annoyed just by having to do her job.nGood customer service should be about helping customers, not makingnthem feel unwelcome. If Kmart values its reputation, they should train their staff to be more professional andnrespectful. I will definitely think twice before shopping ' are again.
Pulled a stat king on my fav team and my first card opening pulled a 1/200 chance superstar card. 10/10 would test my luck more here, shame they were sold out on the starter packs already.
