The worst fast food restaurant I've ever stepped foot inside. Food, chicken, burgers etc are super TINY and terribly cooked, super greasy, ordered popcorn chicken and wasnt included in order despite paying for it. Restaurant is dirty AF. Staff are super young and clueless. Most only find out how bad this place is after reading a review.
The worst kfc i have ever been to. Went there at around 9:30 at night and customer service was very poor. The front staff lady wearing hijab scarf was so rude and threw our take away order at us. We were made to wait for 10-15 minutes to give orders by that lady. Also, we ordered zinger regular box and there should be three wicked wings but we got one big wings which I dont like it. And we requested for fries instead of potato and gravy but we didnt get. At last, we didnt get any napkin and wipe tissue for our takeaway orders and when we asked for it, she threw it at us and that was so rude.
I ordered a burger feast and was ultimately so satisfied with my outcome, the service was fast even though it was packed! The store was on and off, I watched people leave rubbish in the table and it was gross. The server was so kind and helpful, because it was my first time ordering I had to take time to know what I wanted and the server waited patiently although I apologise entirely. I had to wait for a while but it was much faster than Acadia ridges one who didn’t even give me my full meal, my kids and I were happy and would definitely recommend coming again
Had three original pieces on Wednesday 24/07/24, around 13:06nnImpatient guy to take the order, I don't usually do KFC, there was no car behind or in front of me, I was hoping to have a look at the menu and order something different, but he just couldn't wait, I ordered the usual.nnThe team at the pick up were professional and had a smilennThe three pieces were horrible, It was uncooked, greasy.nnI had tried this place three years ago, it certainly hasn't improved
Never had a worse experience in a fast food rest. Ordered 9 for 9.95, place was packed to the brim with no system. None of the staff was trained or capable of managing a rush. Bumping orders off without actually giving food. Bumping orders back thinking they are looking at the order screen. Ended up leaving and not getting for my food which I paid for. Plenty of others who did the same. Left at 8 and there were people who waited since 6.45. Ridiculous.
