This was the worst experience I've had. The person taking the order was so slow, talking casually, one order served at a time. Waited 15 minutes just to get served! As a previous employee, I am absolutely appalled. This is ridiculously slow. Another employee should have noticed how slow this was and taken over. Where was the manager, and what were they doing?! The line up was massive, and it should have kept going to the last window, but it only went to the speaker box. Its ridiculous!!

Order 933131 31/3/18. Was served by a very nice aussie gent, 2 large Chips were generously seasoned thus quite tasty! Same with the 4x original piece, cooked just right. Ordered same 9/4, chips not seasoned well so -1 star.

One of the poorer quality KFC stores which is a shame considering they are on of the bigger chain restaurants. The hot and spicy chicken hardly has any of the standard crumbing that makes it crunchy. You will often find that it sometimes has a burnt taste which is just not acceptable.

The slowest KFC in Australia, waited 10 mins to order, than another 30 mins for our order and we only order some fried chicken. Staff seems pretty chilled, 3 people just standing and looking at the order display, nothing getting out. This is not fast food at all! Taking forever to get any food.

This was just disgraceful. After finishing work the last thing you want to be told by a takeaway restaurant over 30minsbefore they close that they are out of everything besides original fillets. Not only was that disappointing but the fact that I had to wait in drive they for 10 mins to be told this and then wait for another 10 just to get out of the drive through. This was absolutely RIDICULOUS.
