Burnt pizza was delivered—so badly cooked the crust was almost black and toppings were dried out. We accepted the store’s offer to resend it, hoping the second time would be better. Unfortunately they sent us another order that was even worse than the first one.
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I received absolutely no call or message when the pizza arrived. By the time I went downstairs on my own, I found the pizza carelessly thrown onto my sofa.nnThe box was completely soaked with sauce, the pizza was cold, smashed, and unrecognizable, and my sofa was stained because of this unacceptable handling.nnWhat’s even more frustrating is that I had prepared a cash tip for the delivery driver, intending to thank them in person — but they didn’t even bother to let me know they had arrived.nnThis is not just poor service — it shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I have taken photos as proof and strongly urge the store to review this incident and train their staff properly. Absolutely unacceptable.
As you can see there is no sauce on pizza. And this things happened many times i have submitted feedback many times but no reply from you guys. Really Good service. Keep it up
Ordered BBQ beef and cheese in 29/7 @11.15 pm. Quality of pizza is very bad. Too burnt, no cheese, hardly can see any beef, and ended up having pickles in pizza. Customer service was bad, had to wait for 5 mins for someone attend.
Ordered dinner for my kids & what showed up was completely burnt + rock hard. Not just overcooked but inedible. Could’ve literally chipped a tooth. Called the store straight away and was told to send photos to a staff member’s mobile, so I did... and then? Nothing. No reply, no follow up, no apology.
