Earlier that day, we had lunch at KFC and dined in. The food was fresh, hot, and the chicken pieces were a good size, so we had a great experience.nnBecause of that, we ordered 4th July 2026 a 6-piece fried chicken takeaway later. Unfortunately, this time the chicken pieces were extremely small, only about 3–5 cm each, almost like chicken nuggets. They were cold, very dry, hard, and overly crispy. The quality was nothing like our dine-in meal earlier.nnBased on our experience, I would recommend dining in rather than ordering takeaway. If possible, it's better to order and eat at the restaurant to get fresher, better-quality chicken. I hope KFC improves the consistency and takeaway quality.
I ordered a value feast and 10 wicked wings. There was no chips and gravy to be seen at all. The DoorDash guy said they didn’t hand it to him as they only gave him one sealed bag. All the wicked wings and other chicken were crammed into one box and it meant that my son who cannot eat spicy couldn’t eat any of it as it was contaminated with spicy. So I had to waste time and energy to source another meal for him. The nuggets were soggy and had a weird aftertaste and the chicken provided was sad looking and small. This was the worst kfc experience I have ever had. This place needs an overhaul
Came through around 7:30 tonight, clearly busy out the front but was served by a wonderful young girl Abbey at the counter. She helped me through my order and explained the menu thoroughly and calmly. Wonder service and experience.
The unfriendliest KFC I have ever been in my life, have visited many KFCs around the world and this was the worst.nnStaff have absolutely zero knowledge about customer service, so mean, always having a dull face like a bulldog, someone pls give the staff a crash course about customer service, honesty never expected this in Australia.
Arrived at KFC Indooroopilly around 10pm on 19/03/26 with my family of eight, and it turned out to be the best KFC experience we’ve ever had. The food was served quickly, and everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. A special mention to George for the excellent service—friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this location to others.
