I take my son here every Thursday night. Every time we ask the staff for a tax invoice, the teenage workers do not know what that is. They have to call a manager every single time who sometimes doesn't know either, and we have to diddle around and wait for them to figure out how to perform this very basic business process. This has happened every Thursday for four weeks in a row. Tonight they printed me a picking ticket with no prices on it. I've never been to a restaurant with such clueless staff members.
Service 5 stars is for home del person who was prompt with delivery. *not kfc Never are the orders correct, either missing items or substituted with other things.You can never reach store manager either goes to voice-mail to which they say will ring you back but never do.
I ordered the giant feast and a coleslaw for me and my family. Once I got home I saw that they not only didn't give me my coleslaw but also the gravy. When I went to go back to the store to receive the Rest of my missing order and returned home I saw that half of the giant feast was small wings and drumsticks. I have been coming to this store for over 10 years now, it's a shame that that the quality has fallen so much, I hope you can improve your service.
Don’t usually leave a review but this place was terrible. The food got delayed for nearly 2 hours, they messed up our order and the worker barely gave us our food before running off and didn’t even say hi or ask who we were. The food was cold and it was outrageous how bad the service was.
Although they were clearly busy the girl Abbey at the front counter remained calm and gentle with me helping me through the menu when i did not know what i wanted she didn't rush me at all and was very patient with me.
