I ordered the giant feast and a coleslaw for me and my family. Once I got home I saw that they not only didn't give me my coleslaw but also the gravy. When I went to go back to the store to receive the Rest of my missing order and returned home I saw that half of the giant feast was small wings and drumsticks. I have been coming to this store for over 10 years now, it's a shame that that the quality has fallen so much, I hope you can improve your service.
The food tasted great. Service was fine. However the store, kitchen and male toilet were dirty.nNow they had just been in a rush time. But no soap in the bathroom is concerning.
Well after getting the kids to avoid McDonalds we tried KFC. I'm shocked to say it but the burger was magnificent. My only complaint was the chips were low filled on all three packets. Come on KFC....fill them up
This is my local KFC and I have to say, some days are definitely better than others. The chicken and fries are always fresh with a generous amount of salt but today was not the best experience I've had. The service was extremely slow, and it wasn't even that busy. On top of that when I was waiting to be served I am not very good with the kiosks, it took around 5 minutes while the staff just stood around chatting. This is the first time this has happened as usually staff are quick to serve but very disappointing to see today. However, I love the new store it's pretty neat to say the least.
This KFC has never let me down and especially not today. I came in around 7 and the girls at the front counter were so lovely tonight. Despite the store being visibly busy When they served me they made sure to accomodate to my needs. They made my food fast and the store looked so clean. I cannot even express how thankful I am to live near such a great fast food place. I was looking through reviews myself earlier and I don’t understand the criticism. I have never given a review before but this so deserved it. Please thank all your staff that crushed it out tonight on my behalf.
