11:45 on Wednesday 30/10 saw the guy at the front counter make an order, called it out then put it in the bin, few minutes later the customer came to collect her order and the same guy grabbed the food from the bin to the customer. Didn’t replace it. I work in fast food, but this is the lowest i’ve seen. Replace the food and apologise
This place is filthy with sticky tables and chairs, rubbish and trash on the floor! It’s a disaster! I only went there because my son wanted me to ! it was after 5pm so we couldn’t go to Indooroopilly shopping center ! I used thenbathroom and the minute you enter the urine smell covers the whole place! It was awe full! The windows on the shop were dirty and gloomy! We got our food pretty late serviced by who hardly made an eye contact with us and unwillingly pushed the paper bag towards us.we spent over $40 and got a few soggy zingers and fries that were not fried at all. The fries were soft, uncooked and not crispy at all. Disappointed, we never go back again!

The rare occasion I have fast food, fail.. let's overshare!nnI don't think I've ever sat in a drive-thru for 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me to be handed a cold yuck meal!? Plenty of staff but not many people dining as far as I could see.nn-No spicy chicken :n-Cold barely salted chips dove straight in when I got the bag to find them already cold, no way I was going back after the wait...n-Stale rolln-The 3 pieces were barely edible. Yuck chicken, cold and oily. The drumstick was pretty funny only having a tiny bit of the end covered in batter though.n-They stacked a 3 piece box onto a little bag of nuggets and chips so they were both mooshed underneathnnPick up your game KFC. Half of your menu is unavailable so at least try and nail the execution of what you do have!nnThe most unsatisfying $30...
The service here is very good... Run by school kids who are excellent in customer service. Keep up the great work!
Very BAD experience AGAIN!!! There’s a paper ticket thing in my chicken box!!! Extremely disgusting!!!!!
