I thought I was ordering from KFC. Usually I don't make fuss about foods but this was unacceptable. The chicken we ordered looked like they weren't cooked properly and were sticky and had no crunch. The burger was sticky, the bun wasn't fresh as well. Sorry KFC please have a look at this.Food: 1/5
Staff were very slow, and unenthusiastic. No chicken at peak hour dinner time. Let us know it was a 9mins wait which was fine but then chips were cold and had to go back to get wicked wings that weren’t in zinger box. Gave us 1 normal size wing and 2 that was the size of my thumb. Staff didn’t apologise or seem to care even though I was nice about it as it was busy.Overall poor customer service, and food quality was very disappointing.
genuinely so disappointed in the food as well as the staff. I understand it’s located in a food court and it gets busy but waiting 15 minutes for this? This has completely ruined my kfc experience
Really love the Tuesday deal, my last coming I had to wait for 4 minute in the parking area because the spicy chicken were not ready yet, I prefer to buy it from my car drive trough, the waiter then brough my chicken to me as he promised, and everything is alright overall!
Worst KFC experience ever. Got the wrong stuff due to "wrong button pressed" no apologies nothing tried to correct it. Have to leave a comment to remind me never go to this one again.
Something needs to be done about the slow service in this location. Food is what you would expect from KFC. However the slow service is shocking. Expect to wait 25 minutes.Food: 4/5
Regretfully I decided to try this KFC outlet for a quick meal before a movie. The surly service was only outdone by the terrible meal of soggy and obviously out of time chicken and limp unsalted chips. Never again will I spend my money in the outlet.
Just had some basic nuggets and fries. Both tastewise alright but soggy af. And nobody wants soggy fries and soggy nuggetsFood: 2/5
Sorry very disappointed Chips are soggy and cold No gravy per order but did get yucky sauce out it went !!!!!! Either listen to customers or get help this has happened too many times to me for a one off
Ordered through the app and order didn't go through but got charged. Had to explain to the manager for 10 minutes that I have been charged and I want my food. Eventually, I recieved my food but it was low quality. The chicken and chips was cold.
