I got a storm from here, and there is a hole in the middle, half of the dessert is not there. Which is disappointing as I paid full price. Normally to go to the Annerly location and it is 100% better, the give a proper amount of chocolate and ice cream. Not half of it. Also why is the ‘nutella’ different at this location? It is quite disappointing. So if you go here, don’t order the storm.
Dined in just before lunch on a weekday and cleaning is not a priority for this restaurant. From the hand basin in the toilet to the spilled food not cleaned off the tables, there is little care given to the cleaning here. I guess they take more care cleaning in the food prep area? Food was of the expected quality.
I waited 10 minutes in the drive through for the worst grilled chicken burger I've had in my whole life. It only had a passing resemblance to a piece of chicken in that it was white. If I were still at school I could take it in my pencil case as a pencil eraser. The so-called burger had a single piece of lettuce that was so flaccid it could have really done with a fluffer. The bun it was served in was surely also cut from the cardboard container they were delivered in a week before.
We decided to give one more chance to Hungry Jack’s Taringa and thank God we had Ally the manager to serve us….nShe was absolutely amazing, very professional and hospitable.nShe made us feel comfortable, helped us with our order and the food was brilliant…nnWell done.nnYou need to employ more managers like her
Love this place and I hope that I’d be considered a regular try to go at least three times a week for my health!!! I would totally recommend, no hungry jacks like it
