Went through drive thru. It took 5 minutes just for someone to talk into the box to take my order. Ordered spicy there was a 17 minute wait. After waiting 20 minutes I went in to find out how much longer only to be told there would be a further 12 minute wait. Asked for a refund and the manager proceeded to have a smirk while doing the refund. Poor service. Poor management. KFC goes by CHAMPS. Cleanliness, Hospitality, Maintenance, Accuracy, Product quality and Speed of service. Your store was not clean. You were not hospitable. Obviously wasn’t accurate, and your speed of service is actually a joke.

Let's start from the beginning... * Drive through "out of order"... (just open a window) Could only order in... * ordered for 3 frozen drinks... Got 1 until I complained. * frozen drinks only 2 thirds full... * ordered large meal, got small * ordered grilled strips twister, got deep fried... On very thin twister.. * chips were either old and dried, or, as one serve tasted... Under cooked. * long wait.. Come on guys... This company has been doing this long enough to get this right...

Kfc drive thru in road runs parallel to Mcdonalds Drive thru out road so traffic controllers have been employed in the past to stop traffic for Kfc drive way blocking Mcdonalds exit driveway. Engineers Fault when designing the site.

Disappointing. Needs better management. We were forgotten about in the drive thru 'waiting bays' today then when we chased up the 24 nuggets we'd paid for long ago they were ALL full of gristle, 1 even had half a leg joint! Yuk! We began breaking them open to see and can tell you we'll never be back. GROSS!
