I just want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the amazing team at Deagon KFC who were working at 9:00 PM on 31/01/2025. My car broke down while I was in the drive-thru, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure my son was okay and helped us figure out how to get home. I really appreciate all the kindness and support they showed us. Please make sure they get the credit they truly deserve! Thank you so much!
Whoever was working Monday 21/10/24 approximately 6:30pm, great job team. Got a burger feast and everything was hot, fresh. Enjoyed it so much had to right a review ‍
Ordered a 3 piece feed, 2 piece feed and Zinger box meal. My wing was burnt to black charcoal. We also asked for thighs and legs and didn’t get what we ordered even after telling them please check if we can get those pieces otherwise we won’t order. Chips were cold and tasted powdery
First time ordering on a Saturday and a massive disappointment. The chicken has been left in the warmers for too long, making it dry, chewy, and tasteless. Similarly, the chips were soggy, which I believe is a sign they've been in the service bins for too long. There are simple procedures to avoid this, management are either penny pinching or not paying attention. No wonder there are so many negative comments in local groups about this KFC Store. Nuggets were okay, though.
All my chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a food warmer for hours. Definitely should had been thrown out but I peeled off the skin ate it anyways
