My partner rushed to hospital with anaphylactic attack after biting into burger labelled no tomato ignoring this McDonalds Virginia fed him Tomato sauce ignoring the order allergy instructions. This is following an event where the manager when approached he actively called us a liar and refused to help instructing us to write an email to head office - More like everybodies dieing from it
Food was a tad meh, however, it had a lot going for it; not only was the dining room clean, but so were the toilets, an amazing job by whomever did it. As well as this, the service was immaculate, a very cheerful - however seemingly overworked - young man served us. This is all to say, food could’ve been better, service was delightful. Thank you so very much to the wonderful boy serving us - keep it up!
Waited 10 mins at the drive thru for 3 Bacon & Egg McMuffins with NO cheese. Instead, I get all 3 with cheese and the cherry on top, 2 didn’t even have bacon. My partner and I are lactose intolerant, so we are already punished by life, and now Maccas tries to turn us vegetarian too? What did we do to deserve this double punishment?nnShould call it egg and cheese McMuffin not bacon and egg… because this isn’t a “small mistake”, the entire order was wrong. And sadly, it’s not the first time. I’m sick of wasting time, money, and ending up with food we can’t even eat.
Went through the drive thru, ordered a couple of meals and a happy meal for my kid.nnThey just omitted the happy meal completely from the order. Turned it into an unhappy meal that's for sure!nnNow my wife is going to Aspley to pick up a happy meal for the kiddo.nnThe burgers were pretty average and chips were sog level.
Best maccas I've had. But twice I've ordered through kiosk for table service & order was left sitting on the counter with no call out or any staff bringing it to my table. Both times I waited 20mins + to only go up & find my order on the counter cold. Both times they gladly replaced it, but come on guys
