U could usually meet the most unfriendly staff without any manners, act as u owe their money. The taste of chicken also sucks they must add tons of oil on it. They also do poor packaging as package could occasionally fall apart.

I visited today and was served by a lovely lady called Misha. She took the time making sure my order was correct and catered to my needs. She was very polite and professional. She’s a great asset to the team- keep up the great customer service :

Its good but ventilation system needs an update as there is smoke inside always when you go. The food is good and staff are ok.
We are big fans of KFC but this one is Super slow even on regular nights, workers all look unhappy. Waited over 30mins for my meal, the chips aren't even full on top of that they ran out of the drink I wanted after they gave people who ordered after me their food and the drink i wanted. Bring back Bagot Road KFC.
It is basically a drive through place. We walked in and looked like we walked into an empty building. Dark and no staff to be seen. Finally a staff came out and treated us like we were invisible. So i spoke up and asked if the frozen drinks were available, which is all we wanted. And of course it wasn't available!!! Very disappointing.
