Such an awful night we had. To start with, they are massively understaffed. The staff however was trying their best to manage everything but it wasn’t good enough, ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. The food is extremely average, doesn’t justify the price. Overall a one star from me.

This was my first time going to The Groove Train. I went with my friend to catch up over lunch. The restaurant itself was nice. Pleasant decor, nice layout, not too loud. There is a fantastic variety of menu options and the prices are really quite reasonable. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. The food was very tasty and fresh and the portion sizes were just right; i.e. not too big and not too small. It was a nice atmosphere. Great for any occasion. However, I was not very impressed by the lady that brought my friend and I our food. She felt the need to subtly comment on the fact that I did not want salad on my burger. It was embarrassing. My friend and I ordered the same burger, which comes with lettuce and tomato on it. I ordered mine without lettuce and tomato, and my friend ordered hers without tomato. When the food came, the waitress put my food down in front of me and then as she put down my friend's food, she said, "Here's your food! Isn't it nice to have something GREEN on your burger?!" and shot me an unpleasant look and walked away. I'm not sure if there's some restaurant etiquette I'm missing out on here that says ordering your burger without salad is frowned upon, but I just simply prefer my burgers that way and, honestly, what does it matter to her? She's still taking my money and the restaurant isn't wasting food. Maybe it'll throw their portions off? I don't know. It was weird. She was perfectly pleasant when we paid for our meal, so... Other than that, I had a great time and I'll be going back. There are so many options to choose from at that place.

They Specialise in Pizza but I found the Pizza was pretty average, however, majority of dishes on the menu are very delicious. I do recommend.

Staff are always happy and welcoming everytime we go in. Food is amazing. Never had a bad dish. Love a nice quick mid week feed
