Not sure what the deal is with Hungry Jacks in Darwin and Palmerston, but the stores are starting to look really awful. Staff are very hit and miss, sometimes they'll get your order correct, other times they'll completely miss items that you've paid for and then argue with you when you ask for them. They are due for a revamp of some sort to breath some new life into the place, I can't imagine they are strapped for cash with both being in prime locations.

When it comes to finding a HJ's in Darwin you really haven't got much choice if you're craving one of their burgers. The place could do with a decent sprucing up and facelift. The food isn't consistent as you'd expect from a HJ's restaurant - I've found it much of a hit and miss affair.

This place is the worst.. drive through is a joke.. the shake machine has been out of order forever. The service is terrible and it never looks clean ... it is with out a doubt the worst hungary jacks i have ever seen..
