I just ordered through the app a large zinger burger combo when I got there I received my large tips but they weren’t Extra assaulted and they were Oily by the looks of it so I asked for them to be salted because that’s what I’m paying for I then just got back home and I left 15 minutes away just to find that it is half filled with barely any salt on it. I even checked the bag it came in and there is no chips in the bag that may have fallen out and there is no chips that may have fallen out in my car. I also paid for extra mayo on the burger Just to see that there is barely any mayo on the burger. I think the owner should be re-evaluating their employees because atp their bad attitudes and their dirty looks is not professional at all, and im sick of it. I haven’t ordered kfc in awhile based off my last experience but today I wanted to give that store another shot and it wasn’t during the busy hours and they still manage to not do their jobs properly. I hope the owner of the store visits the store more frequently to monitor the employees they have hired, because if i’m going to pay $17 for a large meal I expect my chips to be filled as they are being advertised as.
Absolutely disgusting food and service .nI’m a support worker and took a client in there for lunch ordered a deal with a drink .nClient did not get given drink .nThen tried to pay again for another drink .nI told worker please do not take her money as she already has one .nWorker took money.nAfter all that still didn’t get handed drink .nThe food was cold ,chicken burnt !nWon’t be going there again
The store was filthy, tables dirty, self service touchscreens hadn’t been wiped for some time and this was 11am in the morning. I also waited for someone to serve me for 10 minutes, that is, no employees were there or seen in the kitchen for that length of time.
The Banh mi we had today was soooo stale. The buns were extremely stale, I kept on chewing it for a while. We loved the initial fresh ones from couple days ago, we frequent this location and love it mostly. Please look into it.
Very much disappointingnOrdered for chicken leg piece and got some random fried chicken
