I was craving Kentucky fried chicken I have not had this in a very long time as we don't eat a lot of junk food very often, I was so excited to have some of that good old Kentucky fried chicken so l ordered, from the Ashmore store, 2 zinger burgers with bacon and cheese, 2 large chips, 2 chicken popcorn, 2 large potato and gravy, 6 pack chicken, Everything came cold except the potato and gravy.nThe Burgers I had to microwave and add lettuce and mayonnaise to it because they tasted dry. The chips what happened to that magic seasoning that use to be on them plus I had to heat them up innthe oven because they were cold. The popcorn chicken didn't bother heating because that tasted like I was just eating fried breadcrumb balls where's the chicken inside that The 6 pack ofnchicken was like chicken tenders so small and mainly made up of fried breading which is hanging off the tiny chicken pieces so you're basically eating mainly the fried breading less of the actual chicken, the chicken is nothing like it use to be a real piece of chicken, this was really disappointing, and my old favourite potato and gravy now tastes like a watered down version with not much flavour. Never again this was wasted money I was super disappointed I'll stick to my own homemade version it's much better, fresh hot with real flavour.nOne star is generous to be honest.
We Buy a lot of kfc. This store hasn’t gotten an order wrong for some time. Staff are friendly and do a good job. Chicken taste good most times. Sometimes a little dry but at least you get what you order. Cannot say that about other stores close by. We drive out of our way to purchase here now because we don’t have to fight to get what we paid for. They can count And staff are friendly. Good job to the young ladies, lads and manager
I ordered 6 wicked wings and received something strange pieces… definitely, it is not wings… they are scraps of originals. If you don have item, DO NOT take order. If you give different item to customer, you SHOULD explain before you hand it over to the customer.nnAnd, where is sauce for my Original Tenders??? I didn’t received it as well!!!
come here all the time w friends and my boyfriend because he loves KFC but genuinely not a SINGLE TIME has it not taken like 20-30 mins for them to give me my food. it’s never busy and always because the employees are just standing around genuinely doing nothing or talking to their friends. your customer service is so so so bad. hope this helps x
Every time I have visit this store I have item's missing from my order. They also provide mash potato and gravy with no spoons or napkins . I have only ever observed young teenage staff and never an older experienced person , possibly a reason for so many mistakes . Overall probably the worst kfc store by far I have been to as it consistently gets things wrong and the quality is not there .
