My partner ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a mountain dew for her and our two children for a movie night at 7:40 after being told it was a 25 minute wait. 9 o’clock rolls by and still no pizza 1 hour and 20 minutes later by this point the kids are asleep so she decides to call. 15 more minutes waiting on hold and my partner is annoyed but to nice to do anything about it so she asks for a full refund. The employee did say sorry but wasn’t very apologetic approved her request to give us a full refund and that was that. Ended up leaving work and driving to mcdonalds to pick up something quick to take home. Not impressed

First pizza is burnt. Offered a new pizza.. that new pizza is even more burnt.. Pays for extra pineapple.. gets less than usual.. Its tragiccc.. The only reason I go to this store is cos its 5 minutes away.. but now I think that 20minute drive to Ashmore is worth it if I wanna get a basic pizza...

Extremely poor phone service. I was going to make an order online for a pickup but I thought that it might be quicker to just call up (silly me). Firstly, the greeting was horrible. Secondly, right from the word go the girl seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. I could never seem to get a straight confident answer, the girl got the pricing wrong twice. At least three times she asked me to hold to ask someone a question I had asked and proceeded to leave the phone call open which in my experience is unprofessional. Finally we got to the end of the order and I asked her why is it more expensive to order over the phone which I don't believe she really new why. It was only two dollars but maybe if the service had been a bit better I may have not cared at all. Instead I was disgusted with the service and told her I'd order online instead, but actually decided not to order at all after wasting ten minutes or so on a call that should take no longer than 5 minutes.
