i’m always happy with other starbucks branch but the Ashmore one is my very bad experience. A refresher with so much ice. You may need to train the staffs again or please do not cutdown costing like this. Even when the next time I order less ice for hoping you guys getting better but still too much ice and the drink has no flavour and tasteless. Even sending an email to starbuck before i give a star but no reply. So disappointed and never come back here again.
I expected my flat white to be of lower quality than the Zerraffas variant, but to my shock, I prefer the Starbucks' one better. Granted its probably all about who is making your coffee then the franchise, but for this instance, Starbuck was better.nnThe workers were a bit cold and distant, I felt like I was not welcome there and it was a little odd. They weren't rude or anything, just not welcoming, if you know what I mean.nnThe store was buzzing, people were doing their business and I sat and ate my sandwich and flat white, it was good.nnI recommend this coffee place to all of you, whether you are drive thru or walking in, your gonna have a good coffee.

So happy they put a Starbucks here – and it’s the first drive through in Queensland. Standard issue upbeat staff, and all the other great things you love from this company too. This location has lots of room to sit and chill and doesn’t disappoint. Pro tip: Bring a warm jumper to avoid the arctic temperatures inside.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this place, and they always address and listen to my concerns. The staff are all nice and kind. Please understand if they’re busy, as they often are. Kudos to Ashmore Starbucks ! I went through the drive-thru at 5:30 AM, and I really appreciated the message on my cup this morning, 15/9/24 . Thank you!
