Been with this practice for years and unfortunately will have to change soon after changing locations. But Dr. Charge is one of the best GPs I've ever had. She is kind, caring, and listens attentively. The GP is also well-run - the receptionists are all excellent and go out of their way to provide support

Always get through and more importantly you get to speak to someone. Dr always calls back in a timely frame for phone appointments which are gold dust if you can't attend Surgery. Also like the common sense advice given by Receptionists and Doctors.

Have been with this practice many years and would never want to change. Great Dr, so lovely and patient  always attentively, and Michelle the receptionist is exceptional. She always greets you cheerfully, be it in person or on the phone. Will go out of her way to help when she can, and gives the impression nothing is to much trouble. More people like this would make the world a better place Phlebotomlyst is also lovely and gentle lol

Best GP surgery in all of London! I love Dr Charge and Dr Babiker…don’t know what I’d do without a good practice. Keeping well means having access to quality healthcare so you can self manage. These two GPs are the best. And the receptionist are thoughtful and considerate. The nurses too! You get my drift

For the last year I have requested my medication to be altered . It takes 45mins -60 mins for them to answer calls . They won't see patients and give you time slots of 4-5 hrs that are impossible for self employed . I then got invited for appointment but when I called to make it they would not give me the appointment . The monthly prescription is rarely completed and I go for 7-10 days chasing the surgery to get it -and will tryout my medication - of course they rarely answer unless you have an hour on your hands . My pharmacy told me to change my surgery as I need a different prescription. And after a year of battling with this surgery I give up ! I have never known such a disorganised and unhelpful service . I'm actually calling them now as I type and been on hold 58 mins so far ! Just to try one last time to get an appointment ..

I have been a patient here since it opened in 2004 after my GP moved from Waynflete Sq on Bramley Road. I have absolutely no complaints about the service I have received here. Reception staff are helpful, the medical support staff are really kind and attentive and my own GP, Dr Djordjevic has been so good to me and for me since she replaced Dr Kelso.

I have been with Dr Charge for a few years now and she is the best GP’s I’ve ever had. All the other doctors I’ve seen in Dr Charge’s absence have also been very good. I’d highly recommend Dr Charge and the surgery.

Terrible GP surgery, would not recommend to anyone. The receptionists are all unhelpful and rude. Getting anywhere with anything is a long procedure and the doctors are complacent. They do not carry out their duties as professionals. Avoid.

I have the pleasure of having Doctor Djordjevic as my GP. She has been and is not only a meticulous doctor but a very warm and understanding person. I only have gratitude towards her and the staff at the surgery.

I am always satisfied with the level of care given to me at the north Kensington medical centre. At my most recent appointment I’d asked my doctor Dr Tatiana Djordjevic if she would be so kind as to try and speed up a hospital appointment for a hernia operation as it was getting bigger and more painful. Dr Djordjevic had found and diagnosed the problem many months before, and I guess had written a letter on my request more or less straight away. I had an appointment with the hospital a week later, and was fitted in for the operation a couple of weeks after that. Currently in recovery. All the staff at NKMC are very professional
