Living in the area this is the only decent place to go. Although in last 4 years this place has changed a LOT. probably only thriving because everything else around is quite below average. The docs were great- the good ones have left. Only Victoria and Helen are good ones left. 
The nurse and the pathologist are absolutely fantastic! The best I've met by far. 
The worst part about this place is its inability to cater to the population- if you are sick today you'd probably be seen 3 days later as everyone is booked out. AND the reception staff - rude, impatient and borderline racist. Everyone who goes there is probably sick (safe to assume hey!) but for them you are just a number. The compassion is totally missing. They are very quick to point if you are a few minutes late (even if u wait after that for 30mins as the doc runs late). We also found them very hard to work with - change of appointment, getting info about availability etc. the information is never forth coming & patience is always missing.

the reception staff are great and respectful towards patients. they always tell me if there is a wait time and regularly make sure my details are correct which is very important. my doctor is comprehensive and caring and can generally get an appointment on the day. i will continue going to this clinic

Dr. Wogan is a great doctor. She listens, discusses and proposes a treatment plan. Highly recommend her for her if you are looking for a doctor that is motivated and empathetic.
Found the reception staff lovely also. I disagree with all the negativity about them. But that's my experience.

I got an appointment with Dr. Victoria in this clinic after two days. So today just a while ago I met to this arrogant receptionist, OMG I can't believe how impolite and rude is she. I couldn't stand her anymore so I just walked away to see another clinic. It's my first time in Melbourne I been to this first clinic but not a really good experience. As far as I know the cilinic's receptionists in Sydney are more professional and welcoming. No comments for the doctor as I couldn't see any. I'll never ever like to come back to this clinic at all anymore. Just checked other reviews and not really good comments to this receptionist as well. I hope management should go through and place a decent person there. Good Luck.

Great place. Dr Victoria is by far the best doctor I've ever been too and she is kind, makes sure I'm comfortable with what she's going to do and talks to me like a grown-up. I once saw her to sign a form so that she could refer me to a psychologist and she took the time to listen to me, and even booked me in for a double appointment! I'd strongly recommend this place to absolutely anyone.
