Just because we have been super lucky that we didn’t need to see a GP in the past 3years, and we actually need to right now, we were rejected. What policy is that they don’t take new patients when we live like less than 1km away?
I have been a patient at Kensington for 12 years. The Doctors, Nurses and staff have always been professional and supportive. They have cared for me during the death of my Husband and my diagnosis of a chronic disease.
Completely unhelpful. Denied me the opportunity to get my COVID vaccine from them because I'm not an existing patient. Maybe I'm not an existing patient because you haven't accepted new patients in two years! So instead of walking to my closest GP to get my vaccine I have to take public transport during lockdown, with 867 new cases reported in Victoria yesterday, to get it. That's just silly. You would think during a global pandemic organisations would have a little more common sense. Thanks for nothing cohealth!
Co health every staff are caring and patience Special Dr Marnie and Clara . Nurse Carmen and Kim always responsibility and respect patients.
Sounds as though they are very good but I called for an appointment today and was told they are not taking new patients.

Staff don't answer phones. It just keeps ringing.
