I found the staff from both the North Shore and Henderson branches were very good with their communications. I dealt mostly with the Henderson branch and they were really friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience all around.

I recently had to hire a cherry picker from this business. The staff were so very helpful when I picked up the machine. Giving clear instructions and very friendly. When I got to the jobs item I had difficulty remembering said instructions mostly because I'm older so rang for assistance.  They were very patient talking me through the setup process and operating instructions. When I returned the machine they again were helpful and assisted me with placing rhe machine back in the designated position. I'll use this branch again. Cheers
