Mixed entrees were perfect. Main, rice and naan were so tasty. Fresh and good quality. Probably the best Nepalese/Indian food I have had. Definitely 5 stars.

order Butter chicken, Garlic tawa Lamb and Chicken MoMo. All the dishes were different flavour and refreshing. Prices were reasonable as well. I would say best butter chicken in town. Fantastic food and top notch service. Good work Kathmandu Palace, we will be back

Had the $35 buffet. Poor service - we were the only ones in (early start) and the waiters were all out the back. Chicken was undercooked and raw. When they took it back, they recooked an brought back in a smaller container - with hair in it! Waiter seemed overly shy. Won't be going back any time soon :(. Couple positives - Loved the naan bread - one of the best i've had. Also the furnishings were nice.

Worst experience ever .... The lady sitting in the front .. 'Nisha' lacks basic communication skills and needs to learn basic ettiquettes. She is so rude and doesn't even have a little courtesy for the customers. Their food sucks. They lack basic culinary expertise in making assorted breads even. But the food on one side and this stupid lady on the front desk converted our experience into a nightmare and ruined our dinner. I think she needs a psychiatric treatment as she can be dangerous to the customers! I was just giving a feedback and this idiotic woman was reacting as if we were served free of cost and the gestures were really insulting . Will not recommended it to anyone as the management and staff have changed but unfortunately for the worst. Used to go here frequently but quite shocked with the behaviour of the waitress though the manager was very good. ! Will never return.
