A good vibe restaurant with below par food. Tried breakfast burger, which is quite basic with bread, scrambled eggs and baconnBread was so dry for a Turkish bread , eggs were not seasoned at all.nAlso please serve food in a plate so it’s easy to eat than a wooden boardnnThe coffee was good and the ambience of the place is nice
The Main Café Bar Restaurant in Berwick left me unimpressed. The coffee was decent but nothing memorable, and the flavour didn’t live up to the presentation. The corn fritters were a miss; soggy and lacking any real texture, and the halloumi came out pale instead of golden and crispy.nnThey do have a huge range of cakes that look fantastic, but sadly, looks were the theme of the meal; everything appeared better than it tasted. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’ll be back.
Main Cafe is such a nice spot! The service is really friendly, and the outdoor deck is perfect on a summer day. The calamari is delicious, and the Nutella pizza is such a treat so good! Definitely a local favorite I keep coming back to
My husband and I met up with family at The Main in Berwick. I was not quite sure what to expect, as it only scored 3.8 on Trip Advisor. I’m pleased to say that our experience was 5/5 in terms of service, food quality and prices, as well as decor. The Big Breakfast portions were so generous that we ended up taking away a whole boxful home!
First we orderd bacon and eggs with no yoke the chefs showed incompetency by telling us there that they are unable to do so which is a fairly simple task as my wife cant eat yoke so she ordred bacon on toast with no egg food took long to arrive to which once it did we noticed the bacon was cold and over cooked which my wife hurt her tooth trying to bite into this cold peice of bacon serving was also quite small and completly unsatisfactory even if the meal was cooked right my experience also food seemed quiet over priced. would not recommend.
