Katmandu return policy is NO refund, only store credit. I purchasd the items in good faith, in the same size as several other similar Katmandu clothes I own. These two items did not fit. Reviews on their website said there was a problem with the sizing of these particular items. On returning the goods, with a receipt, I was advised only a store credit would be issued. I could not get a bigger size as they don't come in a larger size. I did not want anything else in the store and I should not be forced to spend money on something I don't want. The staff said I should have tried them on instore!! Very helpful. Staff said the return policy is printed on the receipt. When would you get a chance to read it BEORE you have actually spent your money??? Katmandu have lost a long term customer. I will tell as many people I can about their policy so others don't get caught like i did.
