Excellent service received today.
I want to thank both Wilson and Shauna for posting the 2 tubes of Eucerin Ointment to me as I live in Newcastle and had no way to pick it up in person and they even let us pay for the items over the phone , I had them within a week to my door by Australia Post , Thank you for being so understanding and professional and friendly to us when we enquired over the phone as to if they had any leftover which they thankfully did , Do recommend this pharmacy and Thank you for your service again . Very disappointing experiences! Do not whatever you do, rely on them to have the medication you need. I had to drive into Raymond Tce to get what li needed today, and I remember that my last prescription I had filled here cost me way more than usual as they didnt have the generic stuff. I wont be wasting my time or money with them ever again. Useless
Wilson, Shauna and staff at Karuah Pharmacy exceed customer expectaions. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Wilson also has a keen knowledge of holistic and natural remedies. It is no trouble for them to order in anything required that they do not stock. There is a lovely selection of gifts as well as medications, vitamins, personal care and health aids. The shops is well laid out and easy to manouver with a walker.
Very helpful staff in understanding our needs and suggesting alternatives.
