I have pretty extensive medication needs and they are always accomodating. Nathan and his team have gone out of their way to source medication for me and provide it at RRP. Staff are always friendly and having the app allows me to order my meds and pick them up when they are ready. They have also home delivered when I’ve been unable to leave the house. If I could give them more stars I would!

Big thank you to the team. I spoke to 2 pharmacists who were both lovely. They went out of their way to get my medicine. I had tried 3 other pharmacies with no success. Helpful, polite - great service. No wonder the place is so busy.

Absolutely worst experience at this chemist due to one of their staff. The woman was so rude , I have no idea how she has that job , with face to face customer service. Everytime I go to this chemist and served by her she is just abrupt and arrogant. Worst was yesterday.. We went to the shelf of products she was trying to help me with . I didn't move at all at the shelf , she did , searching for what i was after , she didn’t have it and looked at me and abruptly told me to step away from her due to sociial distance and all . We were probably a mtr apart any way , but she was the one moving , I never moved , she did! . I was shocked .  It really was horrible the way she spoke  ..  I left , angry .. yep I cursed on my way out. It was disgusting treatment from her.  After I tried to calm down , i called , asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge.  Had a young girl put on the phone who told me owners weren't there and she was in charge.  All she could say was she understands my frustration , I again asked for a manager or someone in charge to cal me back.  I also sent an email Have had no response at all . Or call . Had a few with No caller ID so perhaps thats them but I don't answer those . I have sent 2 emails now and no reply . So seeing this issue was never acknowledged or resolved , here I am , doing this .

Very friendly local pharmacy! The entire team go above and beyond to provide expert advice and fantastic service. The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions.

They didn't have my prescription in stock and I needed it that day. The pharmacist went above and beyond by calling other pharmacies in the area and found one that had what I needed. Absolutely outstanding service.

I was asked if "generic" was ok. I said it was if it does the same thing. For two scripts I was charged almost double $45.90 for "generic" compared to the other pharmacy I'd been going to at The Junction $26.98 for branded. The scripts from Guardian sure don't do the same thing for my wallet. Gobsmacked.

Have been.going there 46 yrs when it was Chapman's,  Stuart  and his staff are outstanding,  they go out of their  way to help you. Especially  now this Virus  is around . Thank you all stay safe.

Very nice pharmacy, the staff are always helpful, the pharmacists always have time to talk to you and scripts are quick. They have a great gift-ware range too

Very ignorant staff,they offer you the toxic jab which has countless Adverse reactions..and they do not even know the ingredients of these jabs or their toxicity, irresponsible and negligent. WARNING..... DO NOT TAKE ANY VACCINE JABS!
